Online health assessments are available that can be completed in privacy and health recommendations are provided based on your results that will allow you to develop a personalised health plan to improve your overall health and quality of life. Teen LifeCheck: www.teenlifecheck.co.uk Teenagers – Find out if you're healthy. NHS Teen LifeCheck uses an engaging and interactive quiz to offer health and lifestyle information to 12-15 year olds. It guides young people through a set of confidential, simple multiple choice questions and then gives tailored advice on how goals can be set to improve lifestyles.
